This new facility for the bank is a 35,000 square-foot state of the art building. This facility is three stories. Although it is not a LEED certified building there are several steps that are being designed to match the LEED certified program.
Reduce potable water usage in plumbing fixtures and reduce usage in the landscape irrigation system, reduce soil erosion and provide on site runoff water filtration, reuse existing previously developed land and structure, provide energy saving lighting technology, provide natural light into interior of building spaces, and energy saving HVAC systems are some of the ways we have made this building a green product.
